I'll meet with key staff, assist with uploading your existing data into the Salesforce Org, and onboard your team. I'll get to know your work flows and maximize your Salesforce Org's efficiency, and train up your in-house admin.
The Re-Launch
I specialize in the re-launch of your existing but neglected Salesforce Org. Many organizations see the amazing things that Salesforce can do, and then find themselves intimidated by the time & knowledge it takes to set up the magic. That's where I come in! I'll meet with your key staff, learn your processes and develop your Salesforce Org to support your work seamlessly.
Build-Outs
Love what Salesforce does for your organization but need it to do more? I'll create custom objects, fields and automation in support of your newest project! We'll review the ins and outs of what the new project entails and develop workflows that make the smooth operation of your new project a snap for your staff.
Hold Steady
You're using Salesforce and it's working, but someone has to keep up with those updates and new features! For a small monthly fee, I'll monitor your Salesforce Org, and navigate the new releases- highlight features I think you might really love, ensure new releases don't break your fantastic functionality, and be your first line of troubleshooting support.
What Will This Cost?
Because my goal is to work with small nonprofits, I want my fees to be accessible to organizations already operating on stretched budgets. I offer both fixed project costs and hourly fees on a sliding scale, designed to fit into your budget.
